Acıbadem Bakırköy Hospital

Acıbadem Bakırköy Hospital was opened in 2000 as the first hospital of Acıbadem Healthcare Group at European side of Istanbul. Infra-structure and technology of inpatient floors and operating theatres were renovated in 2008 and 2009 to meet the increasing demand and to serve patients better.

Most recently, inpatient floors and outpatient clinics were renovated in 2017. Renovated gynecology and obstetrics clinic, baby room and neonatal intensive care unit continue serving expectant mothers, mothers and newborn infants.

Indoor Area of 18, 000 m²

There are 102 beds, 7 operating theatres, 27 intensive care beds and a heliport for emergency transfer in an indoor area of 18, 000 m2 at the hospital.

Medical Services

Newborn infants with high-risk and critical illness are cared in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Acıbadem Bakırköy Hospital by neonatologists, pediatricians and physicians of all pediatric divisions as well as pediatric surgeons and neonatal care nurses.

Moreover, specialized healthcare services are offered by units that focus on pediatric and adult cardiology, all divisions of pediatrics and Neurosurgery with navigation as well as Treatment of Varicose Vein, Obesity and Breast Health.
