Had the Smile Pro same day surgery. Office was clean and professional. All staff guided me in English and was very helpful. Office being in lotte tower the location is convenient and the view is nice. Surgery was well explained and recovery has been smooth. Within 5hrs no discomfort and vision was recovering. I'm grateful to be able to correct my vision and with was a seamless process.

Best decision ever to get my myopia fixed. Opt for the latest technology SMILE PRO and the surgery was so fast. Each eye is done in under 20 second and recovery was quick. Everyone at the clinic is so professional. As a foreigner, I feel comfortable with the translator explaining to me in details in English on everything. Highly recommend BGN eye Clinic at Lotte Tower!

I had the ICL surgery (done by Dr Han in Apr 2024) as my corneas were too thin for Smile. Anh was the main translator during the visits and the review, and she did a great job in answering my questions and guiding me through. The clinic was clean and located in an office building. Staff were professional and could converse in simple English. Be sure to pack some food as the whole process from the initial checks to post-op took around 5 hours with a lunch break in between (I had landed at 5am that day and went for the appointment at about 11am so I barely had anything to eat). Anh was nice to offer some snacks and there is a food street located in the basement of Lotte World Mall. I had 2 reviews done within the week that I was in Seoul and all went well. Currently, I am 1 week post-op and I am happy with the results so far Updated 5 May 2024: Still experiencing halos, and left eye’s vision is a little worse than the right for small letters (but my left eye has always been weaker my whole life - I’ve never been able to read the smallest letter no matter what)

I had the Smile PRO done at BGN eye clinic and had a great experience! The testing and surgery was done within 2-3 hours by Dr. Kim. My vision now is so much better than it was before the surgery. I highly recommend getting the surgery and if you speak English ask for Anh as she is great at interpreting
