Dr Van Niekerk is a genius, both with a scalpel and at making me feel at ease as I was quite nervous. From the very first consultation through to the post-op follow-up appointment, he has been the consummate professional. He has answered all my questions, listened to what I had to say all with complete patience and replied with honesty and a degree of humour. Even though I have a long way to go in the recovery process, as this is just over 3 months now and as I also needed a repair, I am beyond impressed with the results of my surgery so far and cannot wait to see the final results in around 12 months time. In the event I decide I need more surgery, William Van Niekerk is the surgeon I would trust to do it again; not only does he have the mannerisms we all wish for in a Surgeon or Doctor, but I have experienced first-hand the excellent care and quality of surgery he is capable of. For me, this has been life changing and for that I will be forever grateful.

Dr Sophie Momen saw me on 22 August at the clinic. She was extremely reassuring and dealt with my queries in a calm and helpful manner. She was able to diagnose immediately and to advice me on treatment. I would definitely recommend her. She was extremely personable.

A wonderful clinic with a very welcoming team, especially Irena the Surgical Patient Advisor, who was always available when needed and showed sincere care and support. Mr Jacques was my surgeon and I would highly recommend him for his skills, experience and expertise in his area. He really listened during our consultations and delivered great results during the surgery. Thank-you for everything Cadogan Clinic!

A very easy and smooth process from start to finish. I felt immediately at ease with Elizabeth and very reassured, as she gave very clear explanations about the procedure enabling me to make an informed decision with total clarity and confidence. On the day all the staff who looked after me were very attentive and kind. The operation was a huge success and I am delighted with the results. Elizabeth is a talented and caring surgeon, exactly what anyone would want and need.

I met and was cared for by Sr.Angela Williams the Vascular Nurse Specialist at the Cadogan Clinic.First glance,I was very impressed by the way she treated and cared for me.I could whole heartedly say Angela embraced the holistic approach to nursing.She was professional, caring,extremely knowledgeable and exhibited very high standards of care. Her empathy put me at my ease straightaway and I concluded that travelling from East Sussex to London for my treatment was well worth it.
