5.0On June 1st I had my cataract surgery and had a return visit on June 30th to check that everything was ok. The staff Lotta, Maria, Angelica, Johanna, Melissa, Anna and Victoria, I think they were all I met during my total of 3 visits to Capio. Sorry if I forgot someone. Everyone in the staff was absolutely fantastic, I was greeted with both warmth, humor and also lots of laughter during my visits. Which is important in that situation, especially if you feel a little nervous. The preparations and the operation itself were no problems and were performed very professionally and efficiently. After the operation, I felt nothing but only slightly red in the eye for 2 days. Got eye drops which I used 3 times /day. I quickly saw much better almost to the point of being a shock actually. At the return visit on June 30th also with lots of warmth and laughter it turned out that everything was perfect and that my vision is improving a lot. So a big thank you to all of you at Capio who was with me during the trip and made the visits a pleasant and positive experience. I highly recommend Capio to all of you who are going through eye surgery. Now I'm not worried next time. So well done, another satisfied patient. (P.s. the coffee sucks...😃)
5.0I was terrified to operate on my eyes for GråStarr. Met the eye surgeon Lotta Elmer who matter-of-factly told me about the operation and that I would be sedated before it. When I was having surgery there were 3 fantastic nurses in the room and Lotta Elmer. Such nice fun people who were so empathetic. A nurse held my hand the whole time. The operation is not felt AT ALL, you have full anesthesia in your eyes. And with the sedative I was so relaxed. So Operation is not felt at all. And now after 3 days I see perfect! Thank you Lotta and all you fantastic nurses who were so generous with laughter, humor and empathy. YOU WERE AMAZING. AND SO PROFESSIONAL. THE BEST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I am so overjoyed that I, who suffer from panic syndrome, dared to do the operation. And that it was made with you. Best Team Ever.
