I visited this clinic recently not because it was recommended by someone or because it is highly rated here on maps (some of the ratings don’t look genuine to me). I did so because I have seen it often when visiting South Point Mall and it looks like a legit set up from the outside. I had a small skin condition on my eye which needed attending to. And they have free consults so I thought why not go check it out. I can always walk away. Well, from the moment I entered I was taken care of calmly and professionally. The action was quick. My condition was examined and a proposed procedure was presented to me. I was given a quote which I accepted and I was in the treatment room right away. The laser technician who attended to me was great. She exhibited competence and confidence. That put my mind at ease. They also gave me a time commitment in which the procedure will be done and they kept to it. While the price is high, it also includes a follow up procedure within the next 30 days in case there is any recurrence of the issue. I am glad I walked into this clinic.

It was a great place till JYOTI was handling the state of affairs..now its rather chaotic and there seems to be an internal power struggle resulting in confusing communication. Office politics should not have a bearing on the quality of services. Strongly suggest you start valuing employees like JYOTI and retaining them.
