When I first met Dr Narang, I’ve been looking for the past 5 years to make a drastic change to my smile. I wasn’t happy with my removable front teeth bridge. I saw and requested a quote from at least 4 different dentists before going to Smile by Design. I needed to feel comfortable and secure. I was so nervous. Right away, he made me feel at ease, he explained in details each procedure. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and I haven’t been disappointed in that aspect. Everyone I have encountered on the administrative side is patient and approachable — they are willing to explain charges and make space for your next appointment. Dr. Arun is the gentlest, most thorough dentist I have ever been to. I was nervous to go back to the dentist and Dr. Arun erased all my fear — he explained each procedure, discussed my oral health in a way I could understand, and ensured my procedure was pain-free and comfortable.
