Excellent experience. I had very good results that really met my expectations as far as area, volume and density of hair. Great customer service and care with continuous follow ups. My travel was made very easy as far as locating the taxi driver upon arriving to Istanbul airport and drive to the the Hotel, which was 5 stars for room accommodation, food, and front desk help. A private driver transportation from the hotel to the clinic back and forth both day of the operation and the post-op wash day. I have referred a few friends including my own brother and everyone had excellent experience l. I highly recommend as one of the best in Turkey.

I would highly recommend HWT for your hair transplant. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Hugo’s communication was exceptional and made me feel well informed of what to expect and how best to prepare. His post transplant care has been equally as good, answering all my questions on washes and aftercare. My transport was all taken care of and the hotel was great which made the whole process stress-free and straightforward. The clinic perform a full health screening before surgery and employ the highest standards of professionalism throughout the procedure. I am really happy with how everything went, again I’d highly recommend HWT. Thanks!

Been looking for hair transplant for years in Ireland. Not possible cuz of prices being high Came to Istanbul and got it done. Was nervous before but once i got here, it was the easiest thing. Hugo is the guy, very helpful and it wasn’t possible without his guidance. Great hospitality. Very professional. From taxi driver to staff, all very friendly. I highly recommend if someone is coming for hair transplant, please checkout HWT.

Booked my operation very last minute and was very impressed with how all was handled ! Spoke with Hugo before arriving. Arrived to Istanbul was collected and brought to the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in checked me in brought me to the clinic the next day! Met Hugo and the team ! Clinic was spotless very professional I was worried about pain and I didn’t feel a thing treatment went very well the language barrier was not a problem I returned to hotel and went back the next day for checkup then headed home ! I was treated like a VIP the whole time everyone was so nice my hair looks great and cannot wait to return to get my crown done next year I couldn’t not reccomend Hugo and the Team at HWT more

From the start till the end Hugo has amazing communication skills! Traveling alone from Toronto to İstanbul, Hugo stayed in touch through out the whole trip, with the driver receiving me from the airport, dropping me off at the hotel and picking me up the next morning for the treatment to start. Hugo and his team of professionals treated me like a VIP, explaining the whole process and commencing the operation. Thank you for this life changing operation.
