What 'Health for Life' and Dr. Paul have to offer is more than spinal health.To me, Dr. Paul's wealth of knowledge, richness of experience, and holistic approach to health also empowered me to make health choices and live with more clarity and authenticity. Once I entered the wellness centre and went through the first session, I knew I was in good hands. And after every chiropractic session, I feel like I am reborn, gaining relief and comfort both physically and mentally.

Would highly recommend. Was recommended to Paul because i was starting to get more and more backpain and the pain even started to go to my legs also. I was then sent for an X-Ray which showed that my spine wasn't aligned properly. I had 2 options which was either surgery or treatment. I chose the treatment since its less invasive. I can say now that after couple months of treatment the pain from my legs has completely gone and i can continue my day without pain. Thank you for your help Paul.

I have been suffering for quite sometime with intense and long lasting migraine and back pain. Following a friend's recommendation, I decided to try my luck at Dr Paul clinic. Not only does it help on a short time with my current migraine, the program tailored for my needs is improving my quality of life greatly on the long term. It is not only a chiropractor practice, but also various adjustment advices and suggestions on a daily basis that are offered to help improve your health. I would highly recommend it. The clinic also provide great massage therapy which compliment well chiropractor's session. It is a nice family atmosphere, clean and great value/price which on a side note given the current Covid situation is very reassuring.

Highly recommended. Very friendly atmosphere. During each of my adjustment sessions, I am taught stretches/exercises that I can do at home, as well as ergonomic and lifestyle changes that I can make. This has given me confidence that I can adjust my lifestyle to achieve long term relief from my neck and back pain.

I started seeing Paul earlier this year as pain levels in my neck and lower back were having an impact on my life after a colleague recommended him to me. Paul's manner is extremely professional provided and answers which I did not get through conventional health care routes. He assessed me and began treatment, not just as physical adjustments, but also in a more holistic way through discussing lifestyle changes which have a positive impact both physically and mentally. Health for Life has the added advantage of other treatments which have helped, Costin has provided excellent massage therapies which were immensely helpful. All in all a professional, caring and worthwhile journey.
