Health Zone has a very successful complimentary clinic located at the Health Zone store in Wimbledon, South West London. The clinic is a peaceful haven from the stresses of everyday life. The therapists are all extremely well – qualified and experienced, offering a wide range of alternative treatments. These include various types of massage, such as aromatherapy using essential oils, Indian head massage, reiki, sports and deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, Swedish massage and manual lymphatic drainage to stimulate lymph function. In addition, we offer treatments such as osteopathy, reflexology, which applies deep acupressure to the reflex points in the feet for a number of disorders, acupuncture and cupping.

4.0The shop is lovely - lots of healthy stuff and brands . A nice selection of dairy products ( including vegan) and lots of yummy treats , pantry staples and chocolates. But the staff are not friendly ( no smile , hello , even when praising their shop) which made the experience unpleasant. I will be back again . But nicer staff please! 🙏

I am really appreciative of the fact that the people working there really know the products they sell and can recommend & advise on best supplements for various ailments. Also, I have found the Acupuncture & other treatments that are available in the downstairs section to be very good.
