Stem cell is the medicine of the future! Holistic Bio Spa stem cell and PRP treatment has helped my hands/wrists tremendously. I had treatment in May 2023 and felt the effects of that treatment about 6 months later. My hands and wrists were so badly damaged from arthritis and torn ligaments that I could barely sleep at night. What makes things bad for me is that I have EDS and any surgery results thick scaring little resolve for the injury. I was very hesitant to get this treatment, but I can tell you from the moment I walked in the door, I received excellent care. Giselle who worked with me over the phone was there to greet me when I arrived. She was amazing to make me feel comfortable and provided me with treatment options within my budget. She has even followed up several times after treatment to see how I was doing. My treatment took about 5 hours and I felt little pain throughout the protocol/procedure. Dr Eduardo Fernandez performed the procedure and was professional, caring and has great bedside care. He played music (which I loved) throughout the process and help the time fly. I was regularly asked how I was doing to which I can say was probably the most comfortable and low pain treatment compared to what I experienced at home with other treatments. Dr Eduardo Fernandez is fabulous and as he says “Stem cell is the medicine of the future!” Today, this is what I believe! A few months ago I was considering hand surgery. Today I am planning more treatments on other areas. Have no fear, there are plenty of staff who speak english and discharge papers are also in English. In the last week of March 2023 I received the stem cell treatment at Holistic Bio Spa Riviera Nayarit. The staff is wonderful, with modern facilities and very attentive care. My treatment was for two painful areas which were a shoulder with rotator damage, and a "bone-on-bone" osteoarthritis in the right knee. For this I received a day of Myers vitamin, as well as Ozone. The following day I got the Mesenchymal stem cells in both of these problem areas. The treatment was pain free and very relaxing, very professional. As for the results: I'd read a lot of information and reviews on social media as well as YouTube from patients who will say the relief was almost immediate... not in my case. Just be patient and have faith. For the first 4-5 weeks I felt almost no improvement, then in June my pain suddenly went away entirely. Whereas before any walking or light activity would bring days of knee pain.... My knee is like new again. And the shoulder before the treatment was almost constantly painful to where my sleep was constantly interrupted or I needed medications.... Now it entirely pain free. I'm 73 years old and this stuff really works. In fact, today I'm back home on the Oregon Coast kiteboarding with friends. Thank You

I Have been going few times last year to their location in Nueva Nayarit for massages. But this month (November) I went many times with my mother for wellness and prevention, they offer great alternative therapies and staff is great.
