My wife and I visited the clinic for 10 days in July last year. The treatment that my wife received was very professional and so very friendly. I have no negatives about Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine. All the medical staff from nurses to doctors gave the utmost professional care. From our pick up from the airport by one of the nicest guys I have ever met and am now pleased to call a friend, Diego made us feel at ease from the start. He’s very informative about all the procedures and he’s always there to check up on how you’re going. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. Caesar is also one of the most helpful and informative members of the staff. He also would go would go above and beyond to help you in any way he could. He has also become a friend. I can’t wait to come back and have a catch up. Thank you to everyone there. I love you all.

Dr Romero is on the cutting edge of stem cell therapies and is known around the world for his comprehensive research and therapy applications. He along with his team of doctors, nurses and staff are professional, warm, and knowledgeable and provide a clean comfortable clinic for healing. We recently discover Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine in Puerto Vallarta and we are so very thankful. Diego was our care liaison and he is fabulous. The whole team goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about the patients. The nurses, the administration staff, the Doctors all work together to help their patients get better. My husband has a small tumor, we decided that instead of waiting for conventional medicine to fail and put him through chemo and radiation, we chose to head this off at the pass and use regenerative medicine first, get this thing while it is still grade one. If it fails we can fall back on chemo and radiation. We decided that instead of turning to Mexico as the last resort we would make it our first line of defense. Please consider this medicine as your first line of attack if possible, with early detection. We are doing treatment now at home, Scott has already lost 15 pounds, changed his eating, much to his disappointment, but he is feeling great and we are both committed to beating this thing. We have a great team now on our journey with Immunotherapy and we feel confident we can beat it. I will let you know the end result as this is just the beginning of this journey, if your thinking about alternative medicine, this is the team to go, with for sure. The one thing I have learned is that the Canadian Medical system is very broken, it is a reactive, triage system, no fault of the Doctors or the care staff, our broken system is overloaded and underfunded and we cannot pay privately. We have to wait and see, get in line. Well we are not going to wait and see, we will pay for private treatment, we will think outside the box. Lets face it, without our health and our life partner, I would have nothing. Thank you Diego, Michelle for going above and beyond to help us out and thank you to the medical team who are such wonderful and truly caring people. Thank you.

Working with Diego Hernandez, as well as the team of medical providers and support staff made some of the challenges of our trip so much easier than it could’ve been. Prior to Diego meeting us, he was 110% vested in our best outcome. There were several challenges along the way with travel setback’s, including the recent earthquake that hit PV the day we arrived. They were never unwavering in their support and accommodations of services they provided to us. I am a young 61 1/2 year-old who has been battling chronic pain and PTSD for decades, as well as in need of Bi-lateral knee replacements. The compassion and support provided to myself and family while we were there receiving treatment was very appreciated. I felt like we were in the company of longtime friends. Diego went above and beyond in any way he could to make certain that we received all of our services as seamlessly as possible. I am pleased with the outcomes so far, though I did not expect some of the very noticeable improvements with regard to my brain healing after having had multiple viruses this past year and traumatic events. Diego was instrumental in helping me select, the treatment that would be best suited for my complex medical history which was pretty lengthy. He was very patient in reading through, and sensitive coordinating with the physicians for my best interest. I have recommended this Team & facility to several other patients in the US. I am now hopeful as I’m looking forward to the future benefits Diego helped me select for my treatment. In the process Diego has become a valued friend. I am so grateful and blessed to be feeling relief after decades of Chronic Pain, PTSD, arthritis and compromised immune system as I’m seeing and documenting my improvements over the past eight weeks.
