I also want to thank the laboratory staff who made us smile just by each time calling my name and waving through the TV screen. You can't understand what a good impact those little details had on us. We couldn’t have picked a better place to continue our fertility journey, friendly, professional and so advanced, we couldn’t have been in safer hands. We were fortunate enough to fall pregnant on our second try, we now have a beautiful baby girl. These guys are miracle workers
5.0This is a fabulous clinic, taking time with their clients to create a bespoke treatment plan. It really felt that they were tailoring everything to maximise your chance of success. From my first contact with the clinic to attending for treatment, everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. Upon commencing a treatment programme with the clinic, a direct point of contact is established with whom you can communicate directly. Anastasia was my personal care assistant and she was excellent - always on hand to answer my questions and polite, knowledgable and reassuring. The service was second to none. Dr Castillo was exceptional also. He was meticulous in gathering a full clinical history and was available for consultations both remotely and in person; based on which he recommended a personal treatment plan. He took time before, during and after the treatment to consult, explaining everything in detail and answering all questions. I owe Anastasia and Dr Castillo a huge debt of gratitude; their kind manner, patience and excellent care has been absolutely invaluable and made my miracle happen. Words are a very poor substitute for how happy and thankful I am to IB and Anastasia and Dr Castillo in particular. Thank you.
5.0Instituto bernabeu Alicante, we decided after much thought to sign up to their pregnancy guarantee program. You have to be able to meet certain criteria and pass some eligibility tests which thankfully we did. There were a few clinics we had in mind in England, however after our first consultation I knew instituto bernabeu was the one as they gave us a massive sense of hope. We were lucky enough to have Virginia as our personal assistant, she is beyond superb with her professionalism, fast response time and caring attitude, nothing is too much for her and she meets your expectations every time. We were also fortunate to have dr. Begona Alcaraz who was very caring, knowledgeable, explained the process very well and overall a brilliant doctor. The clinic is very modern and clean and a lovely atmosphere especially when it’s a stressful time, they definitely make you feel relaxed. Unfortunately our first two treatments were unsuccessful but third time lucky and we got our positive pregnancy result still a long way to go but I’m glad we had our ups and downs with this clinic. 5.0I can’t praise this place enough. All the staff were very professional and caring and after 3 unsuccessful attempts of IVF in the U.K. on our 4th cycle we now have beautiful baby twin girls. They are the light of our lives! We used donor eggs due to my age (40s) but I would recommend them whatever treatment you have. They rigorously test any issues you may have and ensure that you are in the best of health to maximise your chances of conceiving. I found the service to be of high quality and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process particularly as you are assigned a rep that sees you all the way through with care and sensitivity, answers any questions you have and genuinely roots for you. Thanks particularly to Virginia A and Dr Cirillo but the operating staff, embryologists and donor egg dept were amazing too! Thank you!
