Clean and tidy clinic with relatively fast consultations in town. Gets pretty busy in the morning and lunch hour. Booked for an appt and I was late for it. Got pushed back so far I waited for 1 hour. Lesson here: Don't be late for your appointment. A little hard to find the lift cause its in a building at the side. Hence created a little video to help show how to get there.

Very through doctor. Did both Covid and flu swab test for me to help diagnose what I’m down with. Thank you. Only downside is the queue which can be quite long. One of the better GPs around town

While visiting Singapore my ears became blocked. Dr Koo's team was helpful in organizing an appointment time and treating the blockages. Thank you for taking care of me.

Came for Pfizer bivalent vaccine though MOH continues to list Dr Koo as having the Moderna bivalent vaccine. Entire process excluding 15min wait time took 30mins from registration to getting the shot. Clinic was very busy with patients (professionals, helpers, labourers) coming in and out so reception was understandably busy or curt as some reviewers felt. Do not expect the clinic to be the Ritz Carlton, it is a clinic, they serve by providing consultancy and medical advice and answered my queries professionally, which I am satisfied with. In my opinion some hospitals in other first world countries have performed worse, so the 1 star reviews for this clinic is probably unwarranted. If you are highly sensitive to medical staff doing their job in a no nonsense manner, stay away. Otherwise, I think this is a five star professional clinic which I will be recommending to friends and family.
