I'm a foreigner in Turkey, and I was surprised by his behavior. Secondly, he is a considerate and professional doctor. I had n active bleeding issue, he fixed it in 10 minutes, but more importantly is his professional advice about my issue which showed me what the real problem was. He spends time with patients as much as needed, and so far I'm really pleased with his treatment and diagnosis.
