I recently underwent transPRK laser vision correction, and I am absolutely delighted with the entire clinic, the staff, and the Doctor herself! I've been receiving eye care since I was a child due to a significant vision defect. I am profoundly grateful that it was at this clinic where they assisted me in regaining my vision. The entire staff was supportive, and Ms. Paulig was particularly compassionate, being aware of my apprehension about the laser surgery. She dedicated ample time prior to the procedure to explain what I should expect and how everything would proceed. She patiently addressed my multitude of questions and also thoroughly prepared me for the post-procedure phase, ensuring my recovery was manageable. With a considerable defect of -6 diopters and astigmatism, the Doctor undoubtedly faced a challenge in rectifying my vision. But now, I have regained 100% of my sight and am eternally grateful to everyone at the clinic for enhancing my life. The world is indeed beautiful, and it's a pleasure to truly see it :)

This clinic is fabulous, what I liked the most that the doctor explained everything in details and gave us the information about which procedures is the best in my situation. So I did TransPRK laser, it was very quick, precise and smooth👌 Thank you for bringing back my vision😍

I have no idea why people are complaining about waiting times, and mentioning 30 minutes. In most German doctors' offices people have to wait even with an appointment, and it's the same in other countries I have lived in. Most of the time I had to wait here less than 30 minutes. The practice is very plush, not necessarily my style, but I like the ballet posters on the wall and the art works. The doctors are usually very nice, and it's useful to come with a list of questions, otherwise you are processed very quickly. The patient information leaflet prior to surgery is in rather small print, which may not be ideal for people with visual difficulties, but I suspect they are standard throughout Germany and for all conditions. That may be an issue for the German ophthalmological association to fix rather than for an individual practice.
