5.0I see Dr Downie and I have to say she's fantastic. Actually listens to me and not in a blind agreement way. She does her job but she's always kind and respectful. The only thing I'd take points away from the practice is for the reception staff. Edit: one of the reception staff was actually a dote to me there today. Lovely woman. I take it back.
5.0Visited the clinic this morning with both my parents for a roll out of the Covid booster injection and the flu injection. All extremely well managed by the doctors, nurses and administrative staff on duty. Thanks for the professionalism, kindness and care shown to my parents and to all the elderly who presented themselves at the clinic for vaccination. Your continued hard work has not gone unnoticed. Mind yourselves too.
