I had my surgery at this clinic a week ago, even though it's very early to talk about my results and how happy I am with my results, but I can say something about the service. Smile Hair Clinic did a wonderful job. From the start, picking up from the airport to the dropping off to the airport. I would like to thank Dr. Henna and the amazing technician teams who did a great job. Also thanks to the my case manager Fatima who answered all my concerns throughout the last couple months with open hands. In terms of service, I would recommend this clinic anyone looking for hair transplant.

Before committing to Smile Hair Clinic, I extensively researched multiple clinics. The Smile Hair Clinic, in my opinion, was the best clinic for giving a result natural hairline and the best results. During the day of surgery, all the staff were so friendly and caring. They talked through the process and explained everything really well. The pre-operation process was very thorough and the team made sure they listened to my questions and concerns. The operation itself was very calm and relaxing once the anaesthetic had been injected. Different people kept making sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I can’t thank the staff enough for how lovely they were. Their post surgery team have also been attentive and made sure they checked in with myself.

After thorough research of hair transplant clinics in Turkey, I settled on this one. The customer service and the preparation before my flight to Turkey were very good. I was then transported to my hotel and the next day I had a smooth surgery. They also check up on you every few months to see how your hair is growing. Overall, a very good experience and significantly cheaper than a similar transplant in my home country, Germany.

The whole service was excellent. The moment you get off the plane and go to the exit of the airport you feel looked after and no need to do anything. Everyone was really helpful and friendly and reassuring. The procedure itself went perfectly. They are experts in not over harvesting and creating a natural look to your hair. I cant recommend Smile Hair Clinic enough if you want a hair transplant!
