I am beyond impressed with this practice! The staff is really friendly and caring and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There were several people waiting to be seen but we all got called within 10-15 minutes of arriving. I saw Dr. Hinojosa for the first time today and he was very compassionate, caring, took all the time he needed to listen to me and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend it!
I liked: 1) friendly front desk stuff 2) it was quite easy to schedule 3) i had some PCP originated issues with the referral, but the office ladies helped me to figure it out and fix it. So, the stuff is knowledgeable. 4) Dr. Malan made my day. In addition to his outstanding professional background, he provided a good current care: he was not only informative and skilled, but also had a positive attitude and remarkable way of making a contact with the patient. 5) i did not expect it, but the procedure (mole removal) was done during the first appointment. So far, no complications, no pain. 6) apart from everything, the office is cozy and has nice soft chairs. Thank you!
I didn’t have to wait any time before I was called back to see Dr. Garcia (dermatologist). She is very compassionate and respectful. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
We saw Dr. Garcias PA, David Smith & really liked him. He got on my teens level in explaining things to her and was very personable & friendly. He took his time & made sure my daughter didn’t have any questions and the ones she did have, he validated her concerns. It was a great experience!!
Great experience. Arrived 30 minutes early and was greeted immediately by friendly receptionist. Was seen ahead of scheduled time. PA-C David S. performed thorough annual exam for potential skin cancers professionally and preemptively treated (froze) several spots.
