It's a very good healthcare facility in South Jakarta.. If you are an expat in Jakarta, then this might me the place for you. They don't have specialized doctors here on Sundays, only general practitioners. We consulted doctor Uly for our 2.5 year old son in emergency.. she was good and patient with us. The nursing staff is very good, helpful and soft-spoken.. Mostly all the staff here speaks and understand English very well. They have a small separate playing area for kids.. It's clean and hygeinic They have ER (Emergency room) facility where they have beds and allows the patients to relax and take the treatment. They have a big cafe and bakery inside Pharmacy is also available inside Parking space is big so should not be a problem I would like to also mention that this place is very expensive too

My family and I have been coming to this clinic couple times, and every visit leaves us completely satisfied. Lately we saw dr. Elok at this clinic for my kids' problems. I would say she is one of the most skillful and competent doctor here in Jakarta, very patient and communicates very well with my 3 year old daughter. Not to mention that she speaks very good english like native that I thought she was trained abroad. It's not a busy clinic, so it won't take us too long to see the doctor, get the meds, even the result out pretty fast compare to other place. But all this doesn't come cheap, you'd better prepare min $200 for one consultation. Well, fair enough with the service quality.

Great service from the staff and Dr. Inneke Magdalena is awesome, the best one I have ever encountered in Indonesia. A great listener with open-minded attitude. Not a typical doctor who would rush to the next patient after prescribing lots of medicines. Instead, she helps the patient to investigate further to find the root cause of their ailments.
