5.0I came to Support and Sustain after months of sciatic pain, thinking, if I ignored it, it would go away. I didn't. I was becoming pretty desperate and I was looking at a long wait for the NHS. I was really impressed with Neil Parris, his careful listening and empathy. After a thorough examination he gave me a set of exercise on my first appointment. On the second appointment he adjusted the exercise plan and kept me on track. By my third appointment I was pain free ! What is more, I feel so much better physically. I just might be able to get a bit fitter now and I have the confidence to do so. So pleased and grateful to Neil and Support & Sustain. Thankyou.

5.0Lucy at Support & Sustain has been excellent in helping me heal and build strength throughout my postpartum journey - she is knowledgeable, reassuring and encouraging, I cannot recommend her enough! I’ve been able to bring my baby to all of our sessions too, which I was concerned about beforehand but Lucy is very welcoming and patient with both of us.
5.0Have had Joshua Tan for a sports injury for the last couple months. Has been really helpful getting me through the initial recovery and then a strengthening programme. Listened and adapted when things weren't working. Would recommend!
5.0I've been going to this physio for a couple of years and would highly recommend. Most recently I saw Joshua for (what turned out to be) an issue with my back and he was fantastic - incredibly knowledgable, supportive, and good to generally have a chat to as well. Would highly recommend both this practice and seeing Josh.
