Visiting the Skin Lab , I was amazed how Dr Heather Jenkins is so knowledgeable and welcoming.. I’m so happy that not only she sorted out my problem but also gave me so many advices how to maintain my skin. Other beauty clinics doctors always in a rush and doesn’t pay attention to every detail . Most importantly there is a very short period of waiting for appointment not 2-3 months. I’m definitely changing my skin clinic to The Skin Lab. Thank you so much. Very happy customer. Zilola.

Will definitely be coming back for any of my skin concerns. The receptionist made me feel immediately welcomed, Dr Heather Jenkins is extremely warm and made me feel at ease. The laser technicians were all very efficient and knowledgeable. I haven't experienced this kind of standard in any other skin/laser clinic I've been to. Thank you team.

I have had my very first Botox done with Dr. Tony and I cannot recommend him or The Skin Lab enough. I was a bit nervous going in, but Dr. Tony spent a really good amount of time explaining the procedure and all other treatment options and outcomes to me and made me feel so comfortable during the procedure (which is saying a lot because I REALLY hate needles). Honestly so happy I found The Skin Lab and Dr.Tony for my first treatments, his energy is immaculate and I will be coming back again and again :)

I always feel comfortable at Skin Labs. The vibes are super relaxed and welcoming… Krystal does my laser hair removal and I can honestly say she is the sweetest lady, we always have lovely chats and she’s got a great work ethic with great attention to detail which I love!! I know I’m in good hands 🙌🏼 the results I’ve had with the laser hair removal are fantastic even just after 2 sessions. Great job Krystal and thank you to the girls at reception for always being so kind even when I’m late lol 🫶🏼

The Skin Lab provides outstanding care and service. The reception staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional. Facilities are excellent. Dr Heather Jenkins level of care, compassion in her approach and expertise are exceptional.
