I am so happy with my experience! I was late due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionists were accommodating and understanding. And so was my doctor, Dr. Mukovozov. The reception area was comfortable and unpretentious like other dermatologist offices I have visited…. I don’t need to feel like I’m visiting a spa; the crystal chandeliers and cosmetic displays I have seen in other offices don’t impress me. I am impressed by competent doctors who don’t give the impression that cosmetic dermatology is what matters most. I highly recommend the clinic. (I’m sure they have excellent cosmetic surgeons!) I have nothing but good to say.

Excellent! Showed up more than 15 minutes early for my appointment and was still allowed to sit in a patient room instead of the waiting room. Dr. Knezevic was very kind and informative. Ended up getting minor surgery, she and the nurse (didn't catch his name) made me feel very comfortable. Short wait time, quick procedure, would definitely recommend!

There was an accident on the 401 so I had arrived 5 minutes late however the receptionist was very nice and understanding of the situation and told me not to worry. Waiting time was surprisingly fast maybe 5 minutes maximum considering how busy the clinic was. The dermatologist was very attentive in my complaints as every other doctor has always brushed my condition off as simply eczema and allergies. However she took the time to examine my medical history and then further diagnose and explain psoriasis to me and got me started on treatment right away. We also done a biopsy which was done in clinic very quickly. A little bit of pain after but considering they take a piece of your skin off like a mini surgery it is expected, but the procedure itself was painless. Honestly considering the nature of specialists and wait times in Canada I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience.

The staff at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. Doctors and nurses understanding, compassionate and explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend your clinic.
