Amazing clinic. Dr Berrin is such a wonderful doctor! Came here when trying to conceive my first child and now I’m expecting my second!! All thanks to her and the fantastic care.

Dr Berrin Tezcan and the team were amazing. There were no issues at all. Dr Tezcan took the time to explain everything to me regarding my transvaginal ultrasound. Something that I would have NOT gotten in much detail if I had done it via the NHS. She was very gentle with her examinations like the ultrasound and speculum. She is very nice and professional. I also got a copy of my ultrasound given to me by reception when I requested it. They were very nice. I initially spoke to Demi when I was trying to book my initial appointment but my phone signal was very bad and she did try me again. She also left a voice mail and sent a message. This shows reception are doing their job and care about potential patients before they become and actual patient and once they are. Chanelle was really nice and Iwona. They answered my questions very nice, professionally and in a calm manner. They double checked things with me as I wanted to make sure I wasn't confused about anything. I was very happy with her kind care. My blood test came back very quickly and I am content with the result. Simone, the manager was very pleasant. She seemed to really care about the health centre and the receptionists. This to me signals a healthy working environment between reception and management. The health care assistant was pleasant. The nurse Chrissy was polite and caring. She also reassured me when i felt abit nervous in terms the examinations. Sometimes I get anxious before any procedure no matter where I am in England. Overall, a great experience. Toilets were clean too. Chairs and waiting area were clean. A hot drink was available if you'd have liked one. I can't fault the centre at all. So glad I chose to pay privately and come here. This is coming from an ex NHS worker. Thank you so much everyone. I walked away from my appointment with Dr. Berrin Tezcan feeling empowered and reassured. Her knowledge and expertise are evident, and she took the time to address my concerns and questions. I am very grateful to her for that. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the overall experience very comfortable.

Really lovely clinic. I have been here a few times now for various gynaecological and antenatal appointments and have always had a good experience. Dr Tezcan is friendly and kind and always provides reassurance as well as a professional service.
