Generally fine but, there is no cafeteria inside the building. Small environment. Meal served is not enough and delicious. There was a bad smell inside bathroom. My relative had prostate operation and costed 15 thousand TL. except kdv. Our doctor prof. Ibrahim Yildirim is fine . In Staff is helpfull and caring. Generally speaking, I recommend this hospital.
This is a private hospital, but it also accepts national health insurance. However, the cost is not fully covered as it is a private hospital. It is very clean. I love the ophthalmology clinic. The ear nose throat is good, too. However, I am not very happy with the emergency unit. They can never insert the IV needle on the 1st try. Once I was very ill - my blood pressure was 50/30!!! I was helped and put back on my feet, but nothing was done to learn what had caused it. That was a disappointment. This being said, everyone is different and different doctors will suit different people. This is just my experience.
Super
Doctors, nurses, helpful staff, all very helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. HOWEVER parking is a big problem. Especially the food and the canteen are a disgrace. We stayed for 1 night. Food, cold bread, stale canteen, dirty dishes, full chairs, tables, dirty employees, too careless to answer, something green and wet on the ground (I think it was for the rain), 1 cardboard cup of tea, 25 TL. I think if the hospital management took a look at the canteens of other private hospitals, they would understand. The food served in the rooms is already bad, you cannot eat anything from the canteen, it needs to be fixed urgently.
We performed our umbilical hernia surgery on February 6, 2024, with Assoc. Dr. Coach Nail Ersöz did it. Thank God, our surgery was successful. I would like to wholeheartedly thank the surgery team, especially the doctor who performed the surgery, Anesthesiologist Murat, Hospital Manager Ufuk from the management, nurses and hospital staff. It is a clean hospital where patients are treated humanely, patients' relatives are provided with the information they need, and staff are respectful, courteous and caring. It is a hospital that I can easily recommend to anyone, at least in terms of the departments we have experienced. I'm glad to have you. I would like to thank each and every employee of the hospital, especially the managers.
