Very good experience at Dr. CINIK hospital. My friend and I were treated very nicely. Everybody is so professional and eager to help. You are taken good care of from your arrival at the airport to the time you leave. They drove all the way to pick me up at 3am and send us to airport. They found my lost battery and sent to hotel. We had to go back for more head cleaning and there is no problem. The follow up service Is great as well, 7 days 14 days 30 days the message came on time for check ups. Will go back second time and will update how the hair grow.

Brilliant staff. Every single person professional and attentive. Things are clearly explained. From hotel, to taxis, to operation, to aftercare, support and clarity are offered at all times. Somebody is always there to answer your questions and give advice, information and guidance. The standard of English is very good too and staff are from a diverse range of backgrounds. Everyone is patient, friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is spacious, welcoming and clean. Standards are high and there is a good level of information in reception available on screen and leaflets. Seating is comfortable and you can chat to and bond with other patients undergoing similar treatments. Everyone is positive and optimistic about their experience. Aftercare is excellent with foams, shampoos, medication and instruction all provided. Contact continues when you are back at home via email and WhatsApp. This clinic comes highly recommended in all areas and you would be well advised to choose it over all the rest.

Great experience and the team were amazing I was recommended by a friend to go to this clinic as he went there and told me they are really good and professional, my friend hasn’t disappointed me. The surgery went well, the clinic was super friendly and caring. I was given a translator to make my experience much easier and at the end I was also given a second was before leaving Istanbul. If I had to redo my transplant I would go to them again and will refer my friends there.

At all times I was very well treated and well received by everyone. I thank everyone at the clinic for their attention and patience, I was a little anxious but the way everyone explained the procedure to me and the way it was, made the whole experience excellent in every way. A huge, modern clinic, with people who are beyond competent, people who care about the well-being of the patient. My thanks to everyone.

I had my FUE procedure done here a couple weeks ago and from beginning to end, the experience was predominantly positive. Initially, I had some concerns being able to connect with the service rep consistently, but understood there was a time difference and the amount of people they were probably speaking with on a daily basis, so I had to manage expectations. As we were nearing the travel dates, the rep personally called me and assured me of what to wear, what to expect and what to know, answering any questions I had. When I got to IST, I followed the provided instructions and was easily able to find the meeting location and get set up with the driver to bring me straight to the clinic for the EKG and blood work. No issues at all and they brought me to the hotel afterwards to check in. The next day was the actual procedure and it went well without a hitch. It seemed like the operations at the clinic was a very well-oiled process as I went from room to room for all the pre-check and pre-op procedures. Dr. Cinik was a delight to interact with as well. We discussed the relevant questions and he drew the hairline. The team that actually did the extractions and transplant were very nice and comforting, ensuring I was taken care of and was at ease throughout the entire procedure including taking a lunch break with the provided food. Following the procedure, I was brought back to the clinic the next day for the removal of the bandages and the first shampoo and wash. I was shown videos of what to do post-op and was provided all the requisite material, medication and shampoo/foam for the intended post-op period. I did not feel like there was any language barrier with English through the entire process as the videos were even in English. After the wash, I was driven to the airport and was sent on my way. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cinik.
