Very positive experience. The hospital is state of the art ,the patient and companion suite is absolutely fabulous. The staff, the nurses and doctors are very helpful, patient, friendly and generous with their time . Even the surgeon gave me lots of his time even late night calls and from the International Patient Relations Department Mehmet Emin Karagöz was absolutely fantastic day or night either in person or over the phone he was always available to help and support me ,so much so that I now consider him my personal friend . He went above and beyond any job description to help me . The nurses were so nice and so helpful and the other staff in fact everybody I'm met there were absolutely lovely to me . I can not thank them enough for the amount of care I was given I definitely felt that everyone cared about me and I deeply appreciated the amount of time they were willing to give to me . In conclusion if like me you decide to travel abroad for whatever procedure you might want I absolutely recommend this hospital for top class care and for genuinely caring about their patients

Very warm feeling and comforting. Got the best care and whatever wrong I was going to hear.. would not scare me too much because of the professional help of Mr Mehmet Emin Karagöz, Mr Kivanç Yigit Karaali. Many thanks for all the medical help and I will certainly keep checking and do more tests. My health is taken care of very well here.

We have had the privilege to be seen and have a procedure done at Koru hospital by Dr Osman Guzeldir. He was so lovely to deal with and got us onboard and explained all that will happen really well. Him and his medical team have been nothing but professional and friendly. Made us feel comfortable and confident from the day we met him to the day of the operation and even afterwards. But honestly the person we have enquired from our first enquiries about what we wanted to do was with Mehmet Emin. He has been nothing but a gentleman. Answering all our enquiries via whatsapp and helping us with everything and every step. He is definitely truely the reason we came to this hospital and habe been so happy with his help and service. He goes above and beyond. Making sure we are happy with all that was Needed to be done either ease. Such a good person and worked. Koru hospital is lucky to have him onboard.

My experience in this hospital was really amazing this hospitals all staff is really kind i will thank too Mehmet emin Karagöz he is really good and kind men he help us a lot i was with my sister she had some thyroid problem and and we needed child doctor the doctor of my sister was also really good in my opinion this hospital is best for foreigners
