Efficiency and setting of expectations can be improved. After my X-ray, I was told to eat lunch first because it would take two hours for the films to be ready. I decided to eat lunch at a restaurant inside the facility. I went back to the imaging department after two hours, the films were not ready yet, and I had to wait for another 2 hours. Including the 1 hour wait time to actually get imaged, total of 5 hours wait time. I actually don’t mind waiting but proper expectations must be set so patients and patrons can plan their day. Besides these inefficiency and wrong expectations set, everything was okay.

Good service at the hospital! The staff were so helpful and made the entire process stress-free. They'll submit my paperwork proactively, so I don't have to worry about a thing - just show up for my appointment and I'm all set. Dr. Benjamin was good as well. He took the time to really listen and provide personalized guidance.

Dr Benjamin is a very kind-hearted person on the inside, aside from his professionalism being a doctor. He is very knowledgeable in regards to my medical condition (autoimmune diseases) and he knows how to get along well with his patients. Always giving positive vibes for each appointment and without a doubt he’s a good therapist at least to me. Definitely would like to continue my appointment with him in the long run. Thank you Dr Benjamin!
