I've been here in two different opportunities. The fist time I had a terrible pain caused by an ovarian cyst, they looked after me very well until I got better. Second time I had surgery. I got very sick after surgery from anesthesia. Must nurses (special thanks to Billy) and cleaning staff are so kind and professional. They have done their best to make me feel better and to understand my little Bulgarian. Some doctors and nurses also speak English

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Kichekov, with whom I gave birth and monitored my entire pregnancy, as well as to Dr. Stoyanov - anesthesiologist, Dr. Kuzmanov, and Dr. Milanova! and ac. Stoyanova. I had to give birth by emergency section, with spinal anesthesia. Everything went incredibly quickly and easily. Thank you for your attitude and professionalism! I will always remember this day! ❤️ In the department, everyone was kind and patient with us, helping and answering all our questions. We also thank Dr. Tosheva and Dr. Chalakova for their attention to the baby! P.S. Since the radio was played during the birth, we have our first song with the baby!

Clean, very good hygiene is maintained, several times a day the nurses clean, dispose of garbage and disinfect! The midwives who looked after me (several women) during my post C-section stay were great: kind, responsive, dedicated and of course professional! One of them (I didn't even ask her name, I think Nadezhda) even took on the role of a psychologist, for which she helped me immensely and thank you very much! I gave birth with an external doctor, and I am very satisfied with him and the other doctors from the team during the birth! A huge THANK YOU to Dr. STOYANOV!!!!!! Great as an anesthetist, psychologist and operator! Thank you!!!!! The pediatricians were also great, special thanks to Dr. Chalakova and a lovely blonde midwife for helping me not to give up the best thing for my child - breastfeeding! The food was pretty good too! These people made the birth and the first days with the baby a truly beautiful experience!! They are great :) Definitely if I have a second child I will have it again in Thorax!! 🩵
